Connect Claude

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

2. Name it Decision Cartography and paste this address:

   https://mcp.decisioncartography.com/mcp

3. Choose Connect, sign in with Google, and choose Allow.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to add the connector for the organisation first.

That’s all. From then on Claude checks your decisions before each task and saves your corrections.
