Getting started

Decision Cartography is in early access. Request access first: we set it up with you, and sign-in works once you’re approved. These are the steps we go through together.

1. Connect an assistant

Add Decision Cartography to your assistant as a connector, using this address:

Step-by-step instructions: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini. Agents that run commands, such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, use the command line.

2. Sign in

The assistant opens a sign-in page. Sign in with Google:

  • With your work account if you’re using it for work. If your company has a team on Decision Cartography, you join it, and the page tells you so before you allow anything.
  • With your personal account to keep your own decisions. Personal and work decisions never mix.

3. Work as usual

Correct your assistant the way you normally would: “don’t use exclamation marks with customers”. It saves that as a decision. Open another connected assistant, and it already knows.
